Comedy Night is our "fun" fundraiser the main proceeds benefit a charity selected by our members.
Our Mah Jongg Tournaments benefit charities, and draw participants from New Jersey and New York.
Our Environment Group decorates the Metuchen Train Station flower boxes.
New Jersey Children’s Alliance is our state project for 2024-2026. NJ Children's Alliance promotes hope, healing and justice for victims of child abuse throughout New Jersey by supporting Child Advocacy Centers with training, resources, advocacy, and leadership.
Supporting veterans and the military with Adopt-a-Solider, Holiday Stockings, Menlo Park Veterans Bingo and more are some of our favorite projects.
Our Mah jongg, knitting & crochet, movie nights, and book clubs meet regularly.
Members meet monthly for lunch and dinner.
We support several food banks donating items and hours.
We support shelters for women who have been the victims of abuse.
We donate to local animal shelters.
Our programs educate on a variety of subjects.
Our scholarships have supported students from Edison High School, Metuchen High School and J.P. Stevens High School.
We support the NJSFWC Girls' Career Institute (GCI)- Our club GCI Committee meet with local High School Guidance Counselors to offer this opportunity to Junior High School girls. GCI is a program where junior high school girls enjoy a mini college experience on the Rutgers Campus.
